La DENTI DOTT. ROMANO snc rappresenta l’evoluzione di due Società, tutte facenti capo alla famiglia Denti, precedentemente costituite a partire dal 1953, data dalla quale il Core Business di costruzione e manutenzione di linee elettriche a media e bassa tensione, cabine secondarie e impianti di illuminazione pubblica non ha mai conosciuto soluzione di continuità, vantando origini anteriori alla nascita della stessa Enel nel 1962, ancora oggi principale committente dell’azienda.

DENTI DOTT. ROMANO snc represents the evolutions of two former companies, all belonged to Denti’s family, the first of which was established in 1953. The core business, that has always been the construction of power distribution grid overhead and underground plants, never stopped till nowadays and counts with a longer background than Italian’s main distribution grid public utility company Enel (nowadays multinational, established in 1962), Denti’s main client.

 

Dopo aver realizzato nel 2006 la prima connessione alla Rete in Italia di un impianto idroelettrico in autonomia rispetto allo sviluppo tecnico del Gestore di Rete di Distribuzione, la Denti ha costruito oltre un centinaio di impianti elettrici a media e a bassa tensione di generatori di energia messi in parallelo alla Rete in Italia e all’estero, fornendo un servizio di Engineering, Procurement & Construction.

After having tied in 2006 the first ever Italian hydropower plant to the distribution grid with no need of the engineering development by the grid utility company (Enel), Denti has implemented more than a hundred grid-connected power plants in Italy and abroad, supplying an EPC service to clients.

 

Il socio senior Dott. Romano Denti è un socio fondatore di A.N.I.C.L.E. (Associazione Nazionale Imprese Costruttrici Linee Elettriche), costituita all’interno di A.N.C.E. (Associazione Nazionale Costruttori Edili).

Denti’s Senior Associate Dr. Romano Denti is a founder associate of A.N.I.C.L.E. (National Association of Electric Lines’ Constructors), established within A.N.C.E. (National Association of Builders’ Constructors).

 

Il socio gestore Ing. Andrea Denti è:

• membro nel 2010 della Commissione di Esperti dell’Autorità per l’Energia Elettrica e il Gas per la valutazione del progetto pilota di Smart Grid presentato dall’A.S.SEM di S. Severino Marche, tra i primi 9 progetti pilota in Italia, in base alla Deliberazione del 2 novembre 2010 - ARG/elt 191/10.
• membro del Comitato CEI (Comitato Elettrotecnico Italiano) CT 11/7 “Linee elettriche aeree e materiali conduttoriâ€�.
• membro del Comitato CEI (Comitato Elettrotecnico Italiano) CT 316 “Connessione alle reti elettriche di distribuzione Alta, Media e Bassa Tensioneâ€�, l’organo preposto alla regolazione della connessione della generazione distribuita con la Rete.

Denti’s managing associate Dr. Ing. Andrea Denti is:

• member in 2010 in Experts Commission of the Authority for Power and Gas, on the basis of Deliberation of Nov. the 2^nd 2010 – nr. ARG/elt 191/10, for the evaluation of one the 9 Smart Grid pilot projects in Italy, consisting in the smart technology application within the central Italian located S. Severino Marche distribution grid, managed by A.S.SEM (local distribution grid utility company).
• Member of the CEI’s (Italian Electrotechnical Committee) CT 11/7 (Technical Committee) for “Overhead electric lines and conducting materialsâ€�.
• Member of the CEI’s (Italian Electrotechnical Committee) CT 316 (Technical Committee) for “connection to High, Medium, Low voltage distribution gridâ€�, the deputed organism to discipline the technical rules for connection of power generating plants to the distribution grid.
